UNFOLD Art XChange will be the largest and the first of its kind multicultural arts education platform, enticing the world's premier architects and designers, real estate and hospitality leaders, government and public art agencies, private banks and financial institutions with insights, opportunities and new partnerships as well as attracting the world's leading corporate collectors, private and public institutions. The inaugural edition will take place from 19-22 March 2018 in Dubai.

The four-day event will comprise of two conferences. Art Talks I: Art, Real Estate and the Built Environment on the 19th and 20th of March 2018 will uncover the importance of art in architectural excellence and discuss critical issues on the positive bottom-line economic impact that art has on real estate and hospitality assets to help drive tourism, maximize property values and attract affluent travelers. Art Talks II: Evolving Culture, Developing Collections on the 21st and 22nd of March 2018 will kick start with a series of compelling debates on the subject of Art, Finance and Wealth Management. On the last day, the integral role of corporate art collecting in shaping a brand's identity and an in-depth look on how private art museums and private foundations are supporting the local art scene will be explored.
