AIA Middle East plans to organize a series of events including project tours, lectures by regional and international architects and professionals in the construction industry, film series, and panel discussions of relevant issues. These events will create a forum for the exchange of ideas and networking among industry professionals. For AIA members, these events will be recognized by AIA for continued education points.

AIA middle east in collaboration with the scientific program of Abdullatif Al Fozan Award for Mosque Architecture (AFAMA) are pleased to Invite you to a lecture by AFAMA team who will give an insight into the mosques that were shortlisted for Abdullatif Al Fozan Award in its third cycle 2017-19.

The team will give an overview of the design of these mosques, their architectural significance, and the relationship between each mosque and its urban fabric. The lecture will also discuss how these contemporary designs would help define the architecture of future mosques.

The lecture will take place in the main lecture hall, AlFozan tower, prince Turkey Street
